This form is for patrons to submit suggestions for addition to the C/W MARS Digital Catalog. These requests are for downloadable ebooks and audiobooks only.

This form is NOT for print, videos, music, or other titles carried at our member libraries. 

Please fill in all information below. While every effort will be made to accommodate patron requests, purchases are at the discretion of the C/W MARS Digital Catalog staff, along with funding and availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of titles.
