Can I register for a library card or renew my library card online?
Library cards may not be applied for online, only in person.  You may go to any C/W MARS circulating member library to apply for a card.  Member libraries may have specific rules for applying for a library card.

As the rules for renewing library cards may differ at each of our member libraries, patrons should contact their local C/W MARS library to renew their library card.

How do I login to my account?
Patrons can login to their library account through the C/W MARS online catalog.  Our website has Quick Links to the Central Catalog and Western Catalog.  Patrons will need to make sure they use the catalog where their home library is included.  Click the LOGIN button at the top of the screen and follow the instructions to enter your barcode and PIN, or create a PIN if you have not done so.
 

Can I renew my books online?
If you are a registered borrower at any of our circulating member libraries, you can log in to review your library record online. Your record lists the materials you have checked out, outstanding holds you have on library materials, and any fines you may owe. You can also renew your own books online. You must log in on the server where information for your home library is stored. Go to the Central MA Library Catalog or the Western MA Library Catalog and click on the LOG IN button.
 

Can I request books online, to be delivered to my home library?
Registered C/W MARS library patrons are able to place their own requests for books and other library materials through the online catalog - to be delivered to a local member library for pickup. To use this feature, click on the button when viewing the full record for a title, then follow the on-screen instructions. If you need further assistance, please contact your local librarian.

Can I contact C/W MARS directly?
Please contact the staff at your local C/W MARS member library if you have additional questions about C/W MARS or the services available to you via your library's membership in C/W MARS.
